Pizza for breakfast

And you still eat eggs for breakfast? I propose a much better option — pizza for breakfast with egg and greens. Prepared quickly, the main stock test in advance, and then breakfast is prepared quickly, and spreads the fragrance throughout your home!

Pizza for breakfast

green onions (finely chopped) 2 tbsp. l.
shallots 1 piece.
mozzarella cheese (grated) 2 cups
Parmesan cheese (grated) 1/2 cup
parsley (chopped) 2 tbsp. l.
6 pieces of bacon strips.
Dry yeast 2.1 h. l.
bread flour 2 cups
eggs 6 pcs.

Pour 3/4 cup of warm water in the bowl of an electric mixer, add the yeast, stir and let stand for 5 minutes. Then add flour 1 teaspoon salt and mix at low speed for 1 minute. Increase to medium speed and mix for 2 minutes, and then increase speed to high and mix until a homogeneous dough structure, about 2 minutes.

Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface, divide into two equal parts and shape into balls. Put a polyethylene and leave overnight.

And then in the morning quickly prepare the filling: Cut the bacon and herbs. Fry the bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp.

Preheat oven to 220 degrees. Stretch the dough with your fingers on a disk with a diameter of about 25 centimeters. Propylite flour. Sprinkle with Parmesan, mozzarella and bacon. Top each pizza break gently on the three eggs. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
