FROM canapes Spinach pancakes with salmon mousse



200 grams of salted salmon
360 ml of milk
200 ml water
50 ml of vegetable oil
70g sugar
10 g salt
210 g flour
3 eggs
100 grams spinach
100 g of cheese cream cheese ( «Philadelphia»)
100 g butter

1. To prepare the dough you need to mix the milk, water, butter, sugar, salt, flour and eggs and knead.

2. Leaves of spinach crushed using a blender and add the dough. Cook pancakes.

3. Salmon chop with a blender and mix with cream cheese and butter until smooth.

4. Layer-by-layer smear pancakes mousse, put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, then cut into slices portioned.
