Coconut-Oatmeal cookies with chocolate chips

Oatmeal cookies — the taste is familiar from childhood. Add the chocolate, and get home-style cozy, warm meal with tea or a glass of milk.

Vanilla 1 hour. l.
coconut 1 cup
coconut oil 3 tbsp. l.
coconut powder 1 cup
1 cup brown sugar
wheat flour 1 cup
1 cup oatmeal
baking powder 1 h. l.
sugar 1 cup
butter 6 tablespoons. l.
Soda 1 hour. l.
1 pinch of salt
1 cup chocolate chips
Egg 1 pc.

Combine the flour, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder and salt in a large bowl.
In another bowl, mix butter, cocoa butter and sugar to the mixer.
Add the egg and vanilla. Stir.
Gradually add flour and cocoa by placing the mixer on slow speed. Once the mass is smooth, add the coconut and oatmeal.
Add the chocolate chips. The dough should be thick.
Form balls the size of a tablespoon with a slide. Bake 11 minutes at 180 degrees.
Remove the cookies from the oven and let cool for 2 minutes on baking sheet. Store the cookies in a cool place, and better serve immediately with milk or tea.
