Chocolate with white cream sandwiches



Chicken Eggs — 4 pcs.
Powdered sugar — 1 tbsp.

Butter — 4 tbsp. l.

Corn flour — 2 tbsp. l.
Vanilla — 1 tsp..
Baking powder — 1 tsp..

White chocolate cream:

Fatty cream — 1.5 st.
White chocolate — 80 g

Dark chocolate sauce:
Dark chocolate — 160 g
Unsalted butter — 2 tbsp. l.
Milk — Article 1.5.
Powdered sugar — 1 tbsp.
Cocoa — 2 tbsp. l.
Coconut — 2 tbsp.


1. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat.
2. Milk is a little cool, add the vanilla.
3. Whisk the eggs and sugar for 5 minutes.
4. Sift the flour into a bowl, corn flour and baking powder.
5. Add to the heated oil, milk, sugar, egg mixture. Whisk it all. Pour the mixture into a baking dish measuring 20 × 30 cm, put in a preheated 180 ° C oven. Bake for 20 minutes. Ready cake can be checked with a toothpick. Put the cake on the grill, allow to cool.
6. In a saucepan, melt the white chocolate, cream. Stir the mixture until uniform. Whisk.
7. Butter and Dark Chocolate, place in a saucepan and melt over low heat. Then remove from heat and add a mixture of 2 tablespoons. l. powdered sugar and nutmeg. If the sauce becomes too thick, add a little hot water.
8. Cut the cooled cake into even squares. Coconut shavings pour into a shallow bowl.
9. Dip each square in chocolate sauce, and then — in a coconut.
10. Put the soaked cake slices on the grill. How to dry out, cut them along, to get «half sandwich». Between the two halves, place the cream of white chocolate.
