Chocolate cake with orange jelly


● 1 cup flour
● Salt
● Butter 100g
● Sugar 2 tablespoons
● 3 tablespoons sour cream
● Egg yolks 2 pcs.

For filling:
● Orange 3 pcs.
● Gelatin 1 tablespoon
● Egg white 1 pc.
● Black Chocolate 400g
● Butter 300g
● fatty cream 100ml
● Orange liqueur 1 tablespoon

1. Sift flour with salt.
2. Butter, cut into chunks, put in the flour and chopped with a knife.
3. Add the egg yolks, cream and sugar.
4. Knead a smooth dough, wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
5. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
6. Form for baking grease with vegetable oil. Chilled dough roll into a circle, put in shape so as to cover bumpers. Put the dough on the parchment cut from a circle and pour the beans. Put in the oven and bake for 25 minutes.
7. With a fine grater to remove the orange peel. Squeeze juice from all oranges. Pour it into a saucepan and warm up a bit. Put the gelatin, stir until dissolved. A little cool, add the grated zest and liqueur.
8. Remove the form from the oven. Remove beans and parchment. If the dough under the paper there are not-baked, put it back in the oven for another 10 minutes. Cool to room temperature.
9. The inner part of the shape of the dough to grease the protein. Pour orange jelly and put in the fridge to harden.
10. Chocolate break into small pieces, put in an ovenproof dish, add the butter and put on a pot of boiling water.
11. Stirring constantly, cook until all the chocolate is melted and mixed with oil. Without removing chocolate from the water bath, add cream. Mix well, remove from heat and cool to room temperature. Pour the chocolate into the mold on top of the cake with orange jelly. Smooth out the surface of the spatula and return to the refrigerator for 1 hour.
