Chocolate cake with orange jelly

INGREDIENTS:
● 1 cup flour
● Salt
● Butter 100g
● Sugar 2 tablespoons
● 3 tablespoons sour cream
● Egg yolks 2 pcs.

For filling:
● Orange 3 pcs.
● Gelatin 1 tablespoon
● Egg white 1 pc.
● Black Chocolate 400g
● Butter 300g
● fatty cream 100ml
● Orange liqueur 1 tablespoon

PREPARATION:
1. Sift flour with salt.
2. Butter, cut into chunks, put in the flour and chopped with a knife.
3. Add the egg yolks, cream and sugar.
4. Knead a smooth dough, wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
5. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
6. Form for baking grease with vegetable oil. Chilled dough roll into a circle, put in shape so as to cover bumpers. Put the dough on the parchment cut from a circle and pour the beans. Put in the oven and bake for 25 minutes.
7. With a fine grater to remove the orange peel. Squeeze juice from all oranges. Pour it into a saucepan and warm up a bit. Put the gelatin, stir until dissolved. A little cool, add the grated zest and liqueur.
