Cake with pear, apple and walnuts



Dried cranberries — ½ cup
Flour — 2 cups
Baking powder — 1 tsp
Soda — ½ teaspoon
Cinnamon — 1 tsp
Nutmeg — 1 tsp
Ground cloves — ¼ tsp
Brown Sugar — 1 cup
Cane sugar — 1 cup
Butter — 220 g
3 large eggs
Vanilla — 1 tsp
Pear — 1 piece (cleaned and finely chopped)
Green apple — 2 pcs (cleaned and finely chopped)
Mixture of nuts — 1 cup (finely chopped)
Salt — ½ tsp

1. In a small bowl Put the cranberries and pour warm water. Leave to soak for about an hour. Then drain the water and set aside for a while.

2. Heat the oven to 180 C. The form cake pan with a hole in the middle of the grease with butter and sprinkle with flour.

3. In the bowl of a mixer, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, clove powder, salt, and 2 types of sugar. Add the butter, eggs and vanilla. Mixer whisk the entire mixture until a homogeneous mass of light at a high speed (2-3 minutes).

4. Add the sliced ​​apples, pears, walnuts and cranberries. Pour the batter into the pan and bake for about an hour at 180 degrees. (Check with a toothpick at the ready). Cool and remove from the mold.
