Cake with peaches and cream




Flour — 2.5 cups
Brown Sugar — 1 cup
Butter — 300 g
Egg — 2 pcs
Fatty cream — 1 cup
Salt — ½ tsp
Cinnamon — 1 tsp
Nutmeg — ½ teaspoon
Baking powder — 2.25 teaspoons
Peaches — 600 g

Vanilla — 1 tsp
Powdered sugar — ¾ cup
Whipping cream — 3-5 tablespoons

1. Heat the oven to 175 degrees.

2. The flour, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and butter mix. Some leave the test cup for dusting.

3. whisk egg yolks with the cream and add to the flour mixture. Add salt and baking powder and mix until smooth. Enter proteins. Pour the batter into the baking pan. Put canned peaches on top. Put powder (flour mixture).

4. Bake for 55-65 minutes until brownish crust. Sprinkle with vanilla.

5. For glaze, melt the butter in the microwave and add the vanilla and powdered sugar. Add the cream and stir until smooth. Pour this mixture over the cake and serve.
