INGREDIENTS
100 g wheat flour
Egg 4 pcs.
sugar 150 g
500 g of the curd
canned peaches 700 g
caster sugar 100g
gelatin 15 g
180 ml cream
8 grams starch
vanillin

COOKING METHOD
1. Beat the eggs with the sugar. Add the flour and mix with starch. Bake cake at 200 degrees.
2. Gelatin soaked in cold water. Melt in a water bath. Wipe the curd through a sieve. Mix the syrup out of the canned peaches. Add the powdered sugar, vanilla, whipped cream and gelatin. Mix.
3. Put the cake in the form. We spread on top of the peaches. Fill the curd mass. Put in the fridge for 6 hours. Decorate with peaches and syrup.
