Banana caramel dessert with CREAM



2 bananas
caramel sauce
whipped cream

For the cream:
2/3 Art. Sahara
1/4 Art. starch
2.1 h. L. salt
3 tbsp. milk
2 eggs
2 tbsp. l. butter
1 tbsp. l. vanillin
10 pieces. cookies or crackers, unsalted
70 g butter
1 tbsp. l. Sahara

First, enjoy a cooking cream: in a bowl, beat the eggs with a fork. Sugar, starch and salt, mix in a small saucepan. Gradually pour in the milk, stirring, place over medium heat until thickened.

Bring to a boil. Continue to cook for about a minute.
Add a couple of tablespoons of the mixture into the bowl with the eggs and mix thoroughly and quickly, so that the eggs are not cooked. Then pour the beaten eggs back into the pan. Put on a little fire and let simmer for about a minute, stirring occasionally.

Remove from heat, add butter and vanilla. Leave to cool. When the pan has cooled, place it in the refrigerator to completely cool (you can close the cling film to avoid plenochka formed of foam).

Cookies mash in a plastic bag, and then mix the crumbs in a bowl with sugar and melted butter. Put a dense uniform layer on a baking sheet and place in a preheated 175 ° C oven for 10-12 minutes until golden brown. Cool.

When everything is ready, lay out dessert:
1. Put 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs baked in portion kremanku. Smaller diameter glass or glass Xpress basis to get hard even layer.
2. Put a layer of chilled cooked cream.
3. A couple of circles of banana.
4. Close the banana layer of whipped cream.

6. Repeat again banana-cream, whipped cream and caramel chips.

You can immediately submit your dessert or put in the refrigerator (up to 3 hours). Before serving, garnish with a slice of banana.
