Apple pie in Hungarian.

This delicious and fragrant crumbly apple pie recipe is prepared by the Hungarian quickly and easily.


160 g semolina

Sugar 150 g

130 g wheat flour

120 g butter

7 g of baking powder for the dough

7 apples

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

How to make:

Sift flour connect with semolina, sugar, cinnamon and baking powder and mix.

Wash and peel the apples, remove the seeds, rub the pulp of apples on a coarse grater.

Cover the baking pan with parchment or foil, well greased with butter.

Pour in the bottom of the form of the dry flour mixture, razvrovnyat, put the top layer of grated apples of the same thickness, smooth.

Next, in the same way to spread the flour mixture and grated apples in layers.

A dry flour should be the last layer.
